Help with creating Infinity systems

Hello. Looking for some help/ ideas pieceing together a couple surround systems for 2 of my kids from stuff I have acquired over the years. I have:

2. Infinty rs5001 ( with EMITs)
2. Infinity rs125
2 infinity rs2000.1
1 infinity cc2 center
1 infinity il25c center

Which should I use with which, and what set of mains could I get to complete 2 decent sounding sets. Will likely run them off yamaha rxv367/467... decent price and hdmi. Subs to follow...maybe
