Help with crossover for Proac Super tablette EBT

Hi everyone. I would like to renew the crossover of my self-built EBT PROAC Tablets (the ones with 2 Seas woofers and Tweeter Scan Speak)), the values detected are those indicated in the diagram, but I'm not sure if after so many years they are the original ones. Does anyone know the original crossover scheme? Or can you help me rebuild it? thank you
