Help with my Marantz 2330b

I have a Marantz 2330b that I got last year. Every time you would turn it on it would blow a fuse. Took it to my so-called "electronic expert" here in the Vegas area. After three times picking it up and him saying it was fixed I would take it home and would do the same thing. Took it back again and you said the Left Channel keeps blowing. Only parts available are cheap ones from China. Do not know if this is true or not. Gave me some kind of schematic showing everything that he replaced which means nothing to me. Love music but not much of an audiophile.Tired of messing with it and want to get rid of it what is it worth in this condition? Anybody's help would be appreciated. Text or email.
