Help with port sizes for Dahlquist DQM-9C

I have managed to acquire all the components for a pair of Dahlquist DQM-9C speakers except the cabinets and I am having no luck finding those. I am considering constructing a new set of cabinets for them, but I need to know the dimensions of the ports and the mid-range enclosure. Could some kind owner of one of these speakers do me the huge favor of measuring the dimensions of the ports? And if possible, the mid-range enclosure?

Thanks in advance! I will post pictures and details as the project progresses.
