Hi all. I have an old SAE MkIB preamp that I’m trying to repair. Ir seems like one of the small (TO-92) signal transistors may be dead. The marking on it is M024 5601 and the manual lists the following part numbers: SE4010/BC237B/5601H.
The only luck I’ve had finding any of these has been on eBay. The BC237B’s are very cheap (10 for $3) but the SE4010’s are $20 for 4.
Does anyone know if the SE4010’s are better than the BC237B’s? Or any other recommendations for part sources?
Thanks
