Hey there,
About 5 months ago, I purchased a beautifully restored DC570XK. Sounded great, with everything is full working order.
Only just recently, the left channel started to die on me a bit. It isnt completely dead, when I shift the balance to about 8 o'clock, it evens up both speakers, but obviously this is not ideal.
I've tried switching speakers and the left speaker works fine out of the right channel, and the right speaker has the same muted effect coming out of the left, clearly showing the problem lies with the channel itself.
Im just wondering where exactly the problem lies and how to fix it? It's a bummer that when I bought it not so long ago it was working perfectly but then this has happened.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
