Help with some AR-91 foam pads!

Does anyone know where I can get foam pads like the ones pictured? Mine are rotten out and falling apart. I'd prefer not to have to make them myself. I'd like to just replace the whole lot of em. Much appreciated!

No one sells anything premade that is similar to the AR acoustic blanket. While I have seen salvaged pieces listed at auction, that is extremely rare. So, unless you want to make it yourself, using Sonic Barrier from Parts Express, you're better off removing it, and just refinishing the cabinets without it.
