Hendrix Murdered

Aw come on... I mean seriously.. You wouldn't have to force anything into him... he did a fine job of never saying no to drinking and drugs...

Let's see:

An unknown author who was a "roadie" tells a story that is confirmed by a doctor who has had part of his license suspended for "unethical" reasons.

Boy, you can't dispute that, can you?

Hmmm... if Jimi were still alive, he would have only been 66 this year... :scratch2:

Scott

well I stand up next to a mountain... da da da da wowwowowdedede dadadadada.... oh sorry.. maybe I celebrated a bit early this morning.......de de dadada

There is serious evidence that Abraham Lincoln's doctors killed him with bumble-fingered probing to remove the bullet from his brain, actually managing to push it further in and make scrambled brains along the way, whereas a proper removal would have left him able to recover with as much function as many stroke victims, or more...

Even the AMA has effectively admitted that medical practice is actually the largest single cause of death. But in the case under discussion, I think the majority of the blame has to rest on the guy who chose to put potentially fatal toxins in his body, in the first place. Lincoln, at least, didn't choose to get shot!

Shows you I do not keep up with the genre, I did not even know he was dead. Are you sure he is not living with Elvis and Micheal?

Brain surgery wasn't exactly a science in 1865. Trephening was the norm. All I've read contributed his murder to Booth. Source?:scratch2:

Again, source?:scratch2::scratch2:

The book "Electric Gypsy" is one of the best to read if one is curious about the live/death of Jimi. It is well researched and quite complete.

IMHO, Jimi died b/c of Monica Danneman. She seemingly delayed calling an ambulance for quite some time, and later commited suicide befor testifying in court.

He and Jim Morrison are working in an oldies band in the Catskills this summer. I think it's a Led Zepplin tribute band.

The same goes for all those rock stars.

To me it's amazing they live as long as they do with all the abuse they do to themselves.

Posted by a man who's dug into this deeper than I have:

"The reports filed by the two ambulance men who attended 22 Lansdowne Crescent on the morning of 18th September 1970 do NOT agree with Monika Danneman's statements to the police and the press.

John Suau and Reg Jones stated under oath that nobody else was there when they arrived (at 11:27am, called out at 11:18am), nor did anybody accompany them to the hospital (St.Mary Abbots).
Reg Jones was the senior Ambulance man. He states that Hendrix was dead when they arrived and covered in black and brown vomit. He drove the ambulance to the hospital.
John Suau confirms the facts, adding that the vomit was difficult to clear from Hendrix's throat because it was dried hard. He was in the back of the ambulance with Hendrix.

Two policemen who attended the scene (from Notting Dale - now Notting Hill - Police Station) also presented evidence which puts her statement in to doubt. One, PC Ian Smith, stated that the ambulance men had (legally) to call the police before removing the body, because there was nobody else there when they arrived. He also confirms that nobody other than the crew was in the ambulance with Hendrix. It took them roughly 18 minutes to get to St.Mary's Abbot (the nearer St.Charles was having bed/admission problems).

Dr.Martin Siefert was a Medical Registrar in A&E at St.Mary's Abbot. He confirmed (again, under oath in a statement) that Hendrix was dead on arrival and alone - Siefert never spoke to or even saw any person, male or female, other than the ambulance men in relation to the body of Hendrix. He also suggest that they only attempted to resuscitate him for "just a few minutes".

Dr.Bannister was the Surgical Registrar. He stated that Hendrix had no pulse and the inside of his mouth and mucous membrances were black because he had been dead for some time. He went on thus: "Masses of red wine were coming out of his nose and out of his mouth. It was horrific. The whole scene is very vivid because you don't often see people who have drowned in their own red wine. He had something around him - whether it was a towel or a sweater - around his neck that was saturated with red wine..... I personally think he probably died a long time before. He was cold and he was blue. He had all the parameters of someone who had been dead for some time..... The medical staff used an 18 inch suction unit to try to clear Hendrix's airway but it would just fill up with red wine from his stomach..... Hendrix had been dead for hours rather than minutes when he was admitted to hospital."

Hendrix may have indulged - possibly over indulged - in a number or recreational drugs. However, he was never particularily fond of red wine, certainly not to the extent that he would drink it in sufficient quantities to produce the end results confirmed by two ambulance men, two doctors and a policeman.

All the evidence suggests some five hours between Hendrix's death and the ambulance being called. Time of death looks most likely to be around 05:00 to 05:30 at the latest (Director of Forensic Medicine at St. George's Hospital)
The ambulance arrived at 11:27am in summer - Eric Burdon got 'the phone call' from Monika at the first light of dawn.
Gerry Stickles says that he was phoned early, sometime between 8am and 9am, by Terry Slater.
Mitch Mitchell said he was called early that day. But not the ambulance service.....

I urge you to read the account in "Electric Gypsy" and judge Monika Charlotte Dannemans version against that given by the professionals who attended. These are not opinions based on gut feeling or intuition, but work-a-day statements by experienced people with no vested interests."
