New owner of Heresy lls. I bought them with visually mismatched woofers which I replaced. Both of the mismatched woofers were purple ink stamped K24K but one has a black sheen doped cone whereas the other has a flat gray colored cone. Can anyone tell me the difference? I replaced the gray one as a matching black one was available.

The black one reduces the bass buy .0000000000001 hz in frequency response
The grey one might be a discoloration due to the UV rays IE sitting in the sun to long. My OCD is like yours.

Agreed on UV. One of mine is lighter than the other for this reason.
