Just a quick holler to say 'newb' from Baltimore has arrived. Thanks for all the great postings I read here before joining - figured I kept coming back maybe I can share something too (I hope). Here's my small, new collection (had a complete pioneer silver collection in 1978, now working on rebuilding that)

Yeah... back in the day (when I was a youth with money to burn - who knew I'd be making more at McDonald's in 1978 then with a PhD in 2011 - go figure...) I had:

Pioneer
SA-6800
TX-6800
CT-F950
SG-9800

working on building that stuff back - everything in the pic (save the reverb amp) you see was pulled from goodwill for a grand total of $40.00 lol... I'm going every week now and pulling stuff and reselling it on ebay - and working my way up in the process. Creative stereo financing in the 21st century, lol. peace.
