Hey Man...

exhippy

I use to have long hair. Now I'm lucky to have any
Hello to all,

I pulled that from the back room of my mind and dusted it off. For the Gen-Xers in the crowd, "Hey Man" was the standard greeting back in the early to mid '70s. The days of my miss-spent youth. Well, the long hair is long gone, I'm lucky to have any now! But one thing has never changed my love for music and audio equipment. I'm stuck in the '60s and '70s mostly Rock n Roll with some Blues thrown in...wait, isn't that where rock & roll came from anyway... :music:

Hey man what's up, welcome!

Q: So it wasn't considered rude to open with "hey man" back in the day?

Thanks for the welcome!

A: Considering that every other word in your vocabulary was 'man', no.

Today: replace the word 'man' and insert 'like'
