I am new here. I am an audio enthusiast who is just a guy who likes sound. Looking forward to being a part of the community.


P.S. - Does anyone know how to add a modern phonograph to a mid century Magnavox Solidstate radio/Phonograph. I have an old family antique that runs fine but the phonograph was lost to time and I have a modern phon/bluetooth I would like to plug in but the antique has a 3 pin connector that I am unfamiliar with.

Welcome, this is the reference standard info & opinion database. Your program source plugs into whatever AUXiliary connections your old Maggie has. Generally this is an RCA jack, but way back in the bad old days that wasn't the standard yet so you may need to source or make an appropriate adapter.

Could you share a photo of the back of that "Magnavox"?

You may not be able to connect that vint "Mag" depending on what's available for outputs.

In the long run, I'd suggest you might have to update/upgrade with a newer receiver/amp in order to make use of the newer "TT".
