Time passed ... Acoustannoy lost his email boxes, adress changes ...
But still there !

I continued tweaking, reparing refurbishing my loved Electrostats, starting with Acoustats 1+1; then 2+2, then Spectras 1100 & 4400....

By luck I could find 2 pairs of Michael Wright's -another genius- DAYTON WRIGHTS, and bring them to superb results with the support of the Guru Jo Jeanson, and old concept developped by Nelson Pass.
Modern components, time delay and frequency cuts improvements, heavy and rigid structure ... Gooood ...

Still lucky I could acquire the french legends ALPHA VECTEURS, so sensible and precise speaker, my impartial Judges of any electronic device. And lastly an pair of the American legends AVALON fall in my hands, masterpieces of US experience in terms of rigor and stability.

Bu to be honnest, theses later Electro-dynamic speaker are more some reference systems for me : electrosats are my favourites, I can listen them so looonnng, quiet, happy, restly ....

Any person interested in Electrostats -we are still so few in Europe - is my best friend !

Encore...you are indeed into the stats.

Always wanted the British "Quad" electros. The SO (significant other) always felt the foot print was too big. I liked the clarity of them!

Ended up with the "Quad 33/405" for power.
