Hifiengine and VinylEngine: Issues and Alternatives?

I have had a hifiengine account for 10 years. I tried to log on yesterday to retrieve a manual, and found my account deleted, due to inactivity (I haven't posted anything, only downloaded, but have logged in regularly)

I didnt realized this was a rule, but when i went to register again, it's not accepting new registrations.

I've depended on hifi engine for service data for years - I'm curious what is everyone's favorite alternative? I've got a constant stream of gear to look after, and I'm going to need to figure out how to move to something new.

Go post an equipment review or something, to make sure you don't lose access! Too late for me but you might be able to save yours.
 

About equipment documentation, AK Database, and HiFiEngine

I also want to note that we've recently had a number of threads discussing HiFiEngine, which is a site that contains a great deal of equipment documentation. AK has no connection with HiFiEngine, and threads complaining about HiFiEngine being down or being unable to register will be deleted. @Blue Shadow said it better than I can:

Otherwise, try the other sites that offer manuals, posted numerous times in the last couple months and search will find them or instead of complaining about a source, just outright ask if someone could provide you with the manual you want. Heaven forbid actually buying a manual from those trusted sites out there that are in that business. We didn't and Stereomanuals went out of business when Rick passed away instead of someone in his circle seeing the benefit of doing this work and maintaining the business.
