Last of the Baby Boomers
Hey all,
I'm lookin' for a little help from any of you Tech Geeks. My SA-505 is ailin' a little. I got a hiss on the right channel, so I do the ole DC Offset check. Here's the readings from my Fluke 178, glad it's got a min/max feature.
After ten minute warm-up:
Left side Max 12.7 mV DC, Min 10.7 mV DC.
Right side Max 462.4 mV DC, Min 55.9 mV DC.
The right side as you can see fluctuates real bad. Guess I know where the hiss is coming from. Do any of you have a clue if/how to adjust on this model? Looks like a bad component, but maybe it's adjustable. I'll be looking for a manual.
Thanks in advance,
Ron
