Just recently I was looking for a Sony TA-2000 pre to go with my Sony TA-3200f amp and I came across HIONFI asking fair market value, even Echowar suggest that a recapped one tends to go for $500.00 plus whenever it pops up on Ebay, HIONFI quoted me $400.00. One thing led to another, I was talking about my Marantz 2385 could use a recapp as well as my Sony TA-3200F and my Pioneer Pl-630 needs servicing. The HIONFI store is in Syracuse and I am in VA, but not trusting shipping, I decided to drop everything off myself and same for picking up. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. Rod and his partner Bill are really nice and friendly. Rod felt bad for me driving this far and threw in a pair of AR2ax speakers for me. If anyone else is repair challenged like myself I highly recommanding taking your gear to get them fix by HIONFI. If you are a AudioKarma member Rod will take care of you. HIONFI is also a corporate sponsor of AudioKarma. I couldn't be happier with the job they done and Mike the tech is super knowledgeable.
