hitachi D-220 tape deck

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a service manual in pdf format for my Hitachi d-220 tape deck . Do any of you guys have it?

Cant find one either, not even the belts are listed in Russell catalog...? I did find out the white take up reel idler is run off the yellow pulley under the flywheel and the belt runs back to the left side of the flywheel looking at it from the back (autoreverse capstan style) so the reel rotates in the correct direction! 3rd belt is the counter. I had it ass backwards (no belts left when I got it) running right off the flywheel and it was turning the wrong direction. ;-)

I've tried the belt to the left and to the right, still not running. Should I try a tighter belt?
