Was wondering if any of you guys or gals have had any experience with this deck. From what I was able to find it seems to be a nice deck, with some nice specs. I'm not looking for any monetary type info, that I've already got. I was hoping that someone here actually owns/has owned or listened to one and can give me their thoughts on the sound plus any pro's and con's on it.

I've got one, but haven't listened to it much. Mine seems not to work well when autocalibrating tapes.

It sounds and records very well. When You listen to it and you know it's a top of the line.

And, of course, one of the most beautiful decks ever made. Well, I haven't seen a ugly deck yet, but this one could challenge any other in beauty.

I also got her successor, the MB-2200
