HK 430 hum?

My HK 430 and my HK 630 have a hum when I turn it on. It stays for a few seconds then it goes away.

The HK630 is just a couple seconds so it seems normal. I always turn the volume down before shutting down or changing inputs.

The HK430 however seems to take longer to settle down.

The volume controls seem to have no effect.

Any suggestions? Where to start?

Or is this normal for these Harman Kardons?

It almost sounds like power supply filter caps. Does the hum come from both channels, or just 1

The 430 has new main power supply caps. Elna audio grade but whoever installed them used one inch wires holding them in the air and flopping around.
So I took them out one at a time and installed them using the +pin on the plus+ terminal and putting it through the empty hole with a jumper on the other side to -neg
That leaves it touching the metal and the board. You would have to unsolder them to remove the circuit board.
I was wondering if it could be inducing to the frame? I don't remember it being this severe before I moved them.
Yes it is only the right channel.
