Hello fellow AKs!
I got a Harman Kardon 930 vintage receiver.
She’s an international version because inside there is a voltage selector. I live in Europe
What is perplexing me is the fact that at the back there is a sticker of a reputable service and at the same time there is no grounding to the chassis of the power chord.
At the schematic it is clearly shown that one of the leads from the un-switched plug at the back. Also, there is a grounding lug at the chassis.
My question is why would this happen?
I know that some old amps do not require grounding. This HK also sounds fine the way it is.
