I have an HK AVR125 with a loud buzz at low volume. The more you increase the volume, the lower the buzz.
I have tested for a ground loop by popping the ground off an old power strip. I have nothing plugged in but the L/R front speakers, no inputs, surround off. It happens in all inputs.
I have tested with my phone plugging it into the CD in and you can hear the audio fine.
It was working just fine (no buzz) before being tossed in my car and brought home.
Ideas? I'm pretty new to audio repair but am excited to learn/break things.
