Looks like an Onken-style cabinet to me.
Like (e.g.) the Jensen "Ultraflex" cabinets.

Wow mhardy, thanks for the flashback. I haven't seen that Jensen brochure in years (many years).
My father built one of those ultra flex designs many many many moons ago.
