Honda paint

I have a Honda Jazz that has white pearlescent paint. I have tried to find a touch-up spray can for it, but without luck. Honda does a base paint that needs a metallic top coat on it, but it doesn't match, so does anyone know of a can of spray that matches? No matter what it is.

My white Dodge Charger is actually called "Ivory Pearlcoat" which is Alpine White over sprayed with a very light ivory tinted metallic... there is no way to get a touch up for this type of paint. If you get in a wreck they have to pretty much repaint the whole car because they cannot match it.

Unfortunately, that's a multi-stage paint, that's very dependent on HOW it is applied, on top of it being the correct coloration and pearl/metallic content in the first place. Even with the correct paint- if you're spraying it in conditions different from original (the type of gun, temperature, humidity, spray distance, spray technique and such), it's going to be very difficult to match all the characteristics of the original paint, from all angles of viewing.

Yeah I have to agree with the above and I absolutely despise paying someone to work on my stuff. If you've an area big enough to need spray I hope you've experience. Especially with a pearl finish...white at that. Paint is something I pay someone else to do.

I've had a couple Fords with white pearl tri-coat. They make a 3 stage brush touch up kit for it. They don't paint the whole car usually but blend into the adjacent panels. That's what they were going to do with the fender on my Focus. You repaint a Tri-coat car it'll be between 4,000-10,000. You need to be really good if your going to tackle repainting a tri-coat car
