Hook-up help Sansui AU/TU 717......SE 7 EQ

So i was perusing Craigslist and saw a small vintage system for sale(my garage) when i looked a little closer at the ad i seen a Sansui SE7 EQ in the background(imagine that),it was not the thing being sold.So i asked about it and he said he would get rid of it...offered him 40.00 and he took it(a steal and miraculous find for me).
So this brings me to hooking this to my system.I want the whole system to be running thru this.

I Currently have a CD player,8 track,R to R,and cassette deck all hooked to tape 2 thru a switcher,my phono of course thru Phono 1(i do have a pre amp for this if i need to).

I have seen Youtube videos that hooks it up thru "tape 2" ins and outs but i think i can do it different with this amp.As i also want it to go thru "phono" also.

Running the SE7 through the tape circuit allows you to equalize (or defeat) all inputs by using the source switch and the tape monitor function.

Been using mine that way since 1980.
