Hooking Up 4 Klipsch Speakers to MA5100?

I have YADQ (yet another dumb question). Please bear with me.
1. Can I safely hook up a pair of Klipsch Heresy II and a pair of Forte II, (4 speakers in all) to my MA5100 without overloading it or distorting it? There are connections for 4, but want to be safe.

2. Anybody know what the screws are for that are both above and beneath the speaker screws (on both left and right)? They aren't set up like the speaker screws (there's no metal tab attached).

Thanks for your help and your patience!

Question 2 - those screws are not used for making speaker connections. All connections are made at the two screws in the center of the barrier strip labeled (+) and COM.

Question 1. If both Klipsch models are 8 ohms, then you can safely run both pairs from the MA5100. Both left speakers are connected at the left terminals; same for the right speakers on the right. Mind the polarity that the (+) and (-) at the speaker terminals are all connected at their respective (+) and COM terminals at the amplifier.

HTH.

Understood. Just wondered why those other screws are even there? Believe both the Heresys and Fortes are 8 ohms, but will call Klipsch with S/N to verify. Thanks so much for your clear directions and speedy reply!

- Just the way the MA5100 was made.

- I believe they're 8 ohms as well.

- You're welcome. Enjoy.
