You'd mentioned maybe around 10 seconds. I've read some info suggesting that around 140F it's about 5 seconds touch time. So, if it's around 10 seconds touch it's likely cooler than that.
Don't know if that's normal for that rig, but these things vary by model, how long it's been turned on, if its been just idle or cranking out tunes for a while, ambient room temperature, if it's in the open or in a cabinet, etc.
In one of the pictures it looks like you may have the receiver sitting on some sort of towel or whatever. Sometimes things like that can impede normal air movement causing the unit to run warmer than normal. Maybe give it a try resting directly on a smooth surface.
