The seller recently opened a vintage audio shop in Old Town Spring, close to your neck of the woods, HypnoToad.

FWIW, I sold him a pair of HPM 40s a couple of years ago. Seemed like a decent enough guy in the few minutes we chatted.

It's a wonder they haven't sold, they are so cheap.
 
His name is Greg. He has bought a few pieces from me and traded a few as well. Good guy to deal with and willing to work trades if your interested.
