how can I look at the scanned manuals?

can someone tell me how to look at the database of scanned manuals as described in the thread here:

Go to page #1 at the bottom of the 1st post and click on the .pdf file there. It will have an internet address and password on it. Go to the address, enter the username and password and voila.:thmbsp:
