How do i connect my studio monitors to my turntable?

Hi guys,

this might be a simple question but i cant figure out what is the best solution.
I current have 2 systems, 1 for listening records and 1 for producing music.

1. (Turntable)
Technics SL1210 turntable --> SONY DA5400AS AV Reciever --> Passive speakers

2.(PC & producing music)
PC --> Audient ID14 --> Adam T7V

Now i would have the output from my turntable on my studiomonitors aswell as my passive speakers.
This is where it gets a little bit complicated in my head. A drew up a diagram which introduced XLR splitters, do you guys think this will work? Or would it cause trouble?

Rather than all that splitting stuff and combining stuff (generally not recommended to "combine" outputs into one input), couldn't you put the Tape Out (or maybe even pre out) from the receiver into the line inputs of the USB interface?

Perhaps more simply even, a switch box to select between the receiver and the USB interface.

I thought about using the tape out into the line inputs of my interface, but that would mean i have to use all my inputs of my USB interface which i already use for recording music.
Thanks for the suggestion of the switch box, i will look into that!

Upon looking at the speakers, it seems each has a switch to change between the balanced and unbalanced inputs.

Do you switch often enough it would be inconvenient (or cause exceasive wear) to use the built-in switches?

I'd think you could connect the USB interface to the speaker's balanced inputs, and connect the receiver front pre outs (not tape out) to the speaker unbalanced inputs.
