Years ago we had a member in Romania and another in Russian Federation. I haven't seen either of 'em posting around the forums in a long time, but they're likely still members, just not very active. I no longer recall their "screenames". And of course we have @ least one member in New Zealand and several in Australia, one of which is still sorta active. Maybe he'll pipe in?
