How to bias valves on a Dynavox VR-70E II

Hi,
I have one of these being delivered today, and intend to do some tube rolling. Does anyone here know how to bias new valves on this amp? I can't see anything on photos of the amp, or anybody on any forum saying how they have done it.

The schematics i have says 30mA per tube. You have individual trim pots.
