How to enter Chat?

OK, I might be stupid or something, but I can hover over User CP, FAQ, Members List, etc across the top of the window here, and can "get the finger" on all but Chat. Is there something I have to enable?

So, what do I have to do to enter the AK chat? :scratch2:
