How to reduce turntable WOW..?

Hi It's no good if you cannot cure the speed problems. I have a Leco 78 that I wanted to use with my Accuphase AC-2 & I could not cure the breakthrough hum from the motor. The AC2 has an very low out at 0.08mv and motor hum is a well known Lenco problem.
So I solved the problem by using a Mylar belt & DC motor & controller, now at idle the T/T system is a quite as my CD player.
