How to repair Stephens Trusonic 120cx tweeter

Hi
I bought trusonic 120cx 3years ago
However the treble sound is not loud I went to repair shop, the manager said to me the bullet tweeter is not working and the diaphragm is broken but we cannot find alternative parts.
If anybody knows information of alternative parts for 120cx tweeter diaphragm please let me know it.
