how to replace binding posts on Amp?

I would concentrate on using your existing binding posts. I have found that that if you prepare the speaker wires correctly/carefully this will give a better and simpler result than going through the hassle of replacing the binding posts.
If you solder "tin" the speaker wires and bend them to the correct shape it is then possible to make the connection simpler and more secure.
Anyway, once done, it is not something that you should need to be repeating?
As a postscript I have never been keen on banana plugs as an alternative to screw up connectors...

Sometimes new/better binding posts can be fitted into the holes vacated by the originals. Sometimes a piece of polycarbonate or acrylic can be attached to the case for mounting the new binding posts. It's really not that hard. Can you post pics of the stock terminals from inside and the backside of the amp?

You beat me to it. McMaster - Carr is a good source for sheets of plastic to use if you have to make a block to mount the terminals in. Parts Express has some nice terminals. Make sure whatever plastic you choose, it's machine-able. Some plastics melt when you try to saw them with anything but a hand saw, and the cut closes up in back of the blade. I used Delrin, and it did that. Had to use a hand saw to cut it. It drilled ok, though.

Funny, I just happened to be looking at this thread yesterday that shows a nice example of upgraded binding posts.
Those binding posts look fine to me. Instead, buy the matching size of spade connectors and some heatshrink, and put that on your speaker wire.
Hard to tell from the pics but those terminals look like the ones that were originally on my Yammie MX-830. There is a small hole/slot you put a straightened piece of wire into and tighten down on it. If that's right, spades won't fit.
Hey david1909, are you sure single banana plugs won't fit into those holes in the center of the posts?

Yep, spades don't fit on those binding posts, nor do banana plugs.
I've converted several Sansuis to 5 way binding posts. It is pretty straight-forward to do, and you can use whatever binding post style you want (subject to size and cost!).

Thanks for you commnets RickeyM, yea i tried a couple different banana plugs and nothing fits. With the posted pics above of the inside, it does not look like this should be a difficult upgrade.
