How to test Ei KT90 tubes

Hello friends... I came upon a pile of used KT90 and used Svetlana 6550C ( I don't know how to figure out if it is winged or not. 16 of KT90s dont have any marking and other 16 have Ei VTL in blue lettering. Guy who sold me said the amp he was using used these some 20 + years back and he switched to Mark Levinson and sold the amp it seems. How do I test these tubes. I have Teeny Weeny Conar 224 tester. Is it possible to test these tubes using the tester? There are two testers on the CL Sencore and obscenely expensive Hickok 539 tester listed for 1000 bucks.. Any thoughts?

Those VTL tubes are good. I bought some awhile back from someone who had the 200s , the ones with 8 power tubes per side. He changed out his tubes every 2000 hours of amp use. Maybe your tubes comes from the same guy. Anyway good luck with those.
