I bought 3 Boss LPs from @markshan on 3/26 and they arrived 4/20. A post office the records were being handled through had a mercury spill somehow and was shut down for a while -- Mark took the time to reach out and send news articles about the spill and at one point was close to issuing a refund when tracking signaled the package was moving again.

Not only were the records protected from mercury contamination (;)), but they were packed extremely well for the trip to Austin too. All three records have been played and to my ears play better than the grade Mark assigned -- beautiful vinyl. Well-worth the wait.

Dave, you couldn't have possibly been any nicer about the whole thing. You would have been within your rights to ask for a refund weeks ago.
