Um, $175 is a great price if all of the drivers are working and their condition is good. I recently sold mine for $150 and the super tweeters weren't working.

After thinking it over and remembering the sound of the HPM 40's I used to own I decided against buying them. I know the 40's are not the 100's but I prefer an acoustic suspension speaker over a ported one for the music I listen to. So here is the link for anyone near northern RI who might be interested. The seller does mention some water damage on the top of one of them which doesn't show in the angle the pictures were taken.

That is a good buy at that price,they look like the 200 watt version with the port rings.
But if there not what you want then it deosnt matter how good of a deal they are.
