Hudson Supreme console stereo

That is sweet! Twin tuning dials with a tuning eye between, tambour doors and largish-looking speakers. Doesn't look like it was cheap and certainly looks tubey.

This was my grandfather’s Hudson Supreme stereo. I’m moving and don’t have the room for it anymore. The original stickers are still in place in the back and I think there are a couple spare parts in the back as well. I’ve never plugged it in so I don’t know if it works or not.
Asking $75. obo

Beware of twin tuners. It maybe the old AM one channel FM the other channel, an early stereo format that went no where.

Most of those still have outputs and inputs for MPX adapters. I wouldn't say the FM/AM simulcast stereo "went nowhere," it was simply a stopgap until a single-channel FM stereo standard could be selected.

That faceplate looks Pilot-ish.

sam, either that or curtis mathes. that was my first thought when i saw the whole thing.
