ODS, flaws in your reasoning: if I tested two turntables with the same high compliance cartridge, but one in a low mass arm and the other in a high mass arm, would that be a valid test for 'objectivists'? It certainly isn't a fair one. At least the two cartridges I used were probably from the same manufacturer and with similar characteristics and similer price.
As to being 'blinded' - how many turntable tests have you ever read where this has occurred. Sighted is flawed, yes, but it is the norm.
