I decided on my bedroom bookshelf speakers

Iagent

Rick
I found them on Craigslist this morning. They are Klipsch KG 1.2s. I had so much pleasure listening to my Forte' IIs that I thought I would grab these little Klipsch speakers at a bargain. There looks to be Chew marks on the corner and some scratches and gouges, but they sound great. Nobody but my wife and I will see them, so just fine with me. Here are some pics of my little bedroom jam rig.

Clearly someone found them to be more tasty than you. :D

Nice little pair of speakers there, and I'm liking the Carver power-amp. Those big round meters look awesome.

Congrats!

How would you describe the sound?

Well, one of my worst fears of Bookshelf speakers was that many sound boomy with midbass disstracting me from hearing the highs and lows.
These don't have any of that annoying boom. They are crisp and clean. I was thinking that I would have to use an EQ to get the desired sound, but I will not have to do this after all.
I'm happy with them, but I might need to figure out how to make the chew marks less noticeable.
