I didn't know Toshiba made speakers...

So I'm home in San Diego, California to visit my parents for spring break and they took me and my friend to a gigantic rummage sale. I saw a pair od older Yamaha, Infinity, General Electric, Sanyo, and Toshiba Speakers..and I liked the Toshiba SS-210..so I bought them for $25...and they sound nearly like my Realistic Minimus 7 but with excellent bass.

I love them I wish I could take them back to my place...but that would be strange trying to sneak them on an airplane or checking them in lol!

Honestly, they look like typical, light cabinet, over sized woofers for the cabinet volume, cheap mid and tweeter type speakers that were everywhere back in the day, but if they sound good to you, well then they're good speakers.

Should go back and look at the Yamaha and Infinity. Those will likely be much nicer.

I have a set of Toshiba SS-330w from the 70s.They are a typical brown two way floorstander with a 15" woofer rated at a 60wpc max.They are quite decent sounding as if they weren't they wouldn't be still around.They are quite uncommon as I have found out.

yeah. I do like the sound of my SS-120... I've noticed I can't find much info besides whats on the back of the speaker. :\
