I got a BSR MCD8050. It won't do anything. Please help!

I'm not sure where to put this so I'm going to put it here and hope for the best. I recently acquired a BSR MCD8050 CD/Cassette combo. It won't do anything when I press any of the buttons. All the belts and stuff inside are good. I'm stumped. Please help!
