Not that I needed another Yamaha receiver,after the R 500 I got last week,but I just couldn't resist this one:

I picked it up today,and man,what a mess!!! This receiver must have been right next to the guys ashtray....covered in nicotine...nasty.The cabinet is decent,with one good piece of veneer loose,but I glued and clamped it already.It will probably get a light sanding afterwards to minimize a few minor scratches.I have all the knobs soaking in a mild soap solution,and will hit them with an old toothbrush tomorrow.The face is pretty much scratch free...maybe one very small one.I am almost afraid to see what the inside looks like,but I will look tomorrow.I will also post some pics tomorrow. I really need to stop looking at CL!!!!!
