So a couple of weeks back I bought some new, super heavy duty speaker cables see the attached photo. so I believe I didn’t get the spade put in the proper position under the speaker terminal on the back of my Martin Logan Expression 13A’s and the red or right speaker terminal twisted itself to the point where it was pretty much wobbling so luckily the speakers were under warranty because a single terminal was $92.00. So realizing I was probably going to have to change this out myself I got that puckery feeling you know where so the terminal showed up with an excellent set of instructions from Martin Logan and then I proceeded to disemboweled my speaker and I can tell you at $18,000 grand a pair, it’s a scary feeling. So check out the pictures below pretty much self-explanatory you takeoff the drawer on the bottom you have to remove the pre-amplifier board just to get to the speaker terminals from there. It was straightforward. Did have to solder it on but I got the job done and they’re playing just like they were before.
