Not really seeing the point here, as there's no mention of the 340B in the ad. Considering the fact that it's listed as a Scott LT-110-B. I assUme that's what the buyer thought he was getting?

eBay has changed what they show you when you click on a SOLD listing. There's a tiny hyperlink "listing" toward the top of page that will take you to the original ad.

So when you click on "listing" it takes you back to the original one. I had no idea. This has been driving me nuts since they started doing it. Thank you so much.
 
Some of the "see original listing" links are going to newly available items now on my laptop.. What a mess..

This happens to me a lot with mine as well. I just want to look at the sold listing not some random item that may or may not be tangentially related to the original.

I hate when ebay makes unannounced changes.
As mentioned, in this case it's to push a current listing. If I wanted to buy one of those I'd have searched for one of those.
