Nut house of the Universe
Well if I can count correctly and the little numbers at the top of the page are correct this post should come up as the big #1000
At this point I would just like to say I have been on various dicussion groups photography/camera collecting, Willys Jeeps, Model airplanes, and a few different hotrod forums AND with out a doubt this is the best bunch of guys & gals I have ever run into.
Sure there are rules sure there is Grumpy (I joined a little before the home brew DeOxit thing WOW that was an eye opener LOL) But I don't think I have had any trouble fitting it. I hope that in what ever way I have been able to help out I have some experiances and skills that aren't common. I have always enjoyed talking about my hobbies. The wife has a VERY short attension span when it comes to this stuff. And the guys I work with well lets just say counting ex wives, drinking beers and rehashing the last hunting or fishing trip is about the extent of the other Dump truck drivers I work with.
So coming here is a great way to share what I know learn what I don't and of course there is nothing like a little gentle peer preasure to SHOVE someone headlong into a new hobby.
The photo's of my rack and main system project has been a three month long versio of show and tell AND I love show and tell. What's the sense of havignn cool **** if you can't brag it up a little.
I can't begin to thank all the guys here who have helped me with my system.
Like wise I can't figure out who all to blame for some of this stuff I never knew I needed when 5 months ago I thought it would be cool to build up a nice system to display and listen to in our living room.
I have laughed and in a couple of cases nearly cried sharing stories with the guys and gals here.
SO if you'll put up with me I'm heading full steam ahead for #2000 and beyond.
And remember never travel without a towel and a friend. And if you never find the answer it is most likely 42.
OK enough bullshit time to go solder something.
