Dave Gillespie has been kind enough to permit me to upload the PCB Gerber files to AK. He's not personally inspected the boards and so won't be able to provide any specific support. Thanks also to RS Steve for patiently answering my questions about PCBs.

Included is a schematic and BOM with Mouser part numbers. These components seem to fit the PCB footprints well.

Since I'm new to PCB design, I'd suggest inspecting the Gerber files for yourself before manufacture. You can import the Gerber zip files into KiCad (free) and inspect the boards.

I designed the boards with EasyEDA (free and lots of YouTube videos available). If you want to use EasyEDA, you can import the PCB using the zip file that contains the json file rather than the Gerber file to inspect the boards.

With either of these programs, you should also be able to modify the boards if you wish to fit other Fisher models or for some other purpose.

If you just want to order the boards for manufacture (again I'm new at this so maybe check the design first), the are a number of PCB makers that will take small orders and accept the zipped Gerber files directly.

I used JLCPCB which is the company behind EasyEDA. The cost of the boards and shipping seems reasonable to me.

Another popular company is: PCBWay. I've no experience with them but I hear that they are also good.

I'm not offering any assembled boards for sale-->check out RS Steve's PCBs for that.

I used this board in a recent scratch build but find the single turn pots a bit fiddly to get a just right setting. I found some Bourns pots with the same pinout but a round body that are 4 turn pots. They fit into the same footprint so I think they will work fine. Have them in my Mouser cart and will order soon. Just FYI for now in case anyone else has these boards.

 
Guess I should follow up on this. The 4 turn pots make adjustment much easier. They are more expensive but I think the few extra dollars worth it.
 
Very sensible upgrade, nerd. Wish I’d seen these before. As you say, the original pots are a little fussy and require a steady hand to adjust.
