ID these Cornwall II's please..

So i picked up a pair of "DIY Cornwall Kit" today (not stating price so this doesn't get moved to D&S).

They came with these Vertical cabinets with goofy interconnect.
The woofers and drivers models #'s match what should be a Cornwall I but the tags state CW II (serial numbers are 3 number apart).

Can anyone offer some insight to these?
Also advise on where to get a new foam kit for the K33-P's? Thanks!

Vertical cornwalls were labeled cornwall II. These are black decorators from 68 (G=68). If the cabinet is sound then you can putty any holes, sand and then repaint black or you can leave them as is (these black decorators were made for professional use and meant to be heard and not seen).

K-33s do not use foam but they can be reconed. I recommend Simply Speakers (one of AKs sponsors, see below). They do a good job and their prices are very reasonable.
