IEM's problem

Hey, i recently bought a pair of IEM's and i'm having this issue with the left one, whenever i talk i can hear this buzz in my left ear from the IEM. The pair i have is the truthear x crinacle zero: red, i don't have any DAC or amplifiers, it's connected via a 3.5mm jack extender to my pc.
Is the left bud broken or is it something else?

It is very likely the bud...or your ear, which is testable.

It is not uncommon for IEMs to develop an issue or to come with one. Send this back and get a new one.
